Mellow yet full-bodied roast. Mild acidity with very smooth and chocolately flavor.

Double certified organic by USDA and Texas Department of Agriculture.

100% Arabica beans shade grown and hand picked by a cooperative of Maya Indian farmers in the Highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. Exceptional richness derived from ancient growing techniques combined with gentle roasting to extract ultimate in coffee depth and flavor. Green coffee beans imported to Austin, Texas where custom roasted and packed daily.

A percentage of profits used to support cultural and educational programs for the Maya in Chiapas.

Packaged in foil-lined resealable grocery shelf friendly paper bag with artwork designed by Austin Armadillo World Headquarters artist Micael Priest depicting the Mayan Temple of the Sun in Palenque, Mexico.

The best coffee in the UNIVERSE! I drink the medium roast, organic shade-grown. Smooth, no bitter taste no matter how strong I make it!
